The 4. 2 l dohc twin turbo v8 engine produces 489 horsepower and 554 foot pounds of torque at the wheels. The power is routed via a south bend stage 4 clutch to the six speed manual transmission; the clutch was replaced within the last 5000 miles. Power is delivered from the transmission to the wheels via the legendary audi quattro system. The six speed manual conversion was performed at 85,000. Within the last year or 5,000 miles the following items were replaced: new oem turbos, water pump, cam chain tensioners, brakes, tires, battery, abs controller, control arm, ac compressor, ignition coils, timing belt, drive belt, water pump, engine seals, and oil cooler.
